This module is based on Canada’s Food Guide. At the end of this learning module, you will be able to: Plan cycle menus; tell when a food is a “food to limit”; make healthy snacks; make healthy choices by reading ingredients lists and Nutrition Facts tables; and plan healthy meals as per your budget.
